I started in June 2017

Where did you work before joining The Test Centre Training?

I previously worked in marketing communications for a financial services software company.

How have you found working in the automotive industry?

It’s a different environment to where I have worked previously but I am enjoying it so far. The industry is known for being male dominated but The Test Centre Training actively encourages females into the industry and I work with a great team.

Initially I was attracted to the company’s growth and could tell it was going from strength to strength, something that I wanted to be a part of. I knew it was a place where I could learn more, expand my skills, and develop my professional career. I also liked the idea of being able to meet new candidates each day and assist in their journey.

How has your career progressed during your time at The Test Centre Training?

I came in as Marketing Manager and deal with all the marketing for the company and its sister company, The Test Centre, the UK’s busiest MOT test station. Working with a small team, I had exposure to different areas of the business and my role quickly progressed and now includes sales, candidate support, and HR.

Fun, varied and exciting

How do you think The Test Centre Training differentiates from other MOT training companies?

I think the fact that we run the UK’s busiest MOT test station shows that we know what we are talking about. Our experience, quality and authenticity is what really sets us apart. Our candidates learn the real MOT and have an enjoyable experience whilst learning. We are always receiving positive feedback which is a testament to the service we provide.
